I bought these after looking at as many reviews as I could - and plan to use them alongside my old Derwent Artists - to give an amazing range of colours and tones.
On opening a number of points were broken but they sharpened up fine with the exception of one:-
Violet number 138
which suffered from breaks within the core and almost a quarter was lost before the point stabilised.

I haven't had my Polychromos for that long but have loved working with them the little I have. The pigment is rich and the texture feels creamy. I have every intention of using only these and my Derwent Inktense. I bought the tin of 120 as I have read every review on these pencils and was convinced they were the best to be had and I think they are. But if you are still unsure then buy the smaller size tin and then upgrade to more. I'm sure you will.

New to colouring so did loads of research on which pencils to buy and the reason I chose these was simply because yes there are other makes that are as good but the one thing that stands out on ALL faber castell products is that their Quality control is simply the best.
Product was delivered on time and was well packed, they also offered the best price and I will definitely use them again in the future.

Have been looking around for these pencils having bought a 60 set from Amazon. These pencils are simply the best and tied in with the low price and speed of service, who would want more, will be coming back, thanks.

The best colouring pencils going. Very impressed with the fast service, best price (by far), and absolute perfect condition the item arrived to me in.
